ACHILLES- 18, our hero; the most honest person you have ever
met because he has no one to fear, no reason to censor himself.
He speaks like he kills: his thoughts and actions are at one;
depth is found not in playing subtext but in playing the
emotional shifts as radically and honestly as possible.
AJAX- 20's, a soldier, a huge person
ANTILOCHUS- 20's Achilles' driver and old friend
AGAMEMNON- 40's, Commander in Chief of the Achaean forces
PATROCLUS- 21, Achilles' love; a soldier; also Achilles'
personal assistant.

PRIAM- 60's, Hector's father, King of Troy

Synopsis

The story of Achilles and his journey towards mortality. It picks up, during the tenth year of the Trojan War, with the death of Patroclus and ends with the return of Hector's body to Priam. We are VERY open to crossing any supposed gender or racial lines. WOMEN MIGHT BE MEN. MEN MIGHT BE WOMEN. This might include Achilles... Cast will be 12 persons total; doubling likely. Simulated violence, strong language, sexual situations.
